PINGTUNG — The Pingtung County Finance and Local Tax Bureau (屏東縣政府財稅局) is running an online tax education campaign through Oct. 31, offering prizes to students and the public through daily quizzes and digital receipt donations.
The monthlong campaign, which began Oct. 1, is designed primarily for elementary, junior high, and high school students in Pingtung County (屏東縣). According to the bureau, the online platform incorporates imagery from local inclusive parks to teach participants about tax regulations, cloud-based uniform invoices, and tobacco and alcohol laws.

Participants can play the online quiz game once per day, the bureau stated. General users receive one point for answering questions correctly, while elementary, junior high, and high school students enrolled in Pingtung County who log in with their student credentials earn two points per correct answer. Accumulated points can be exchanged for limited-edition promotional items, and the bureau is offering a separate tier of rewards exclusively for local students.

The campaign also includes a charity receipt drive. Participants can earn one point by donating a designated number of undrawn cloud receipts, provided each receipt shows a purchase amount of NT$15 or more. Those points can also be redeemed for promotional gifts, according to the bureau.
Full event details and redemption rules are available on the bureau’s campaign website at https://pingtungkid.pttb.gov.tw.
