KAOHSIUNG — The 2026 Kaohsiung Mobile Fashion Week (2026高雄移動時尚周) took place over the weekend at the Port of Kaohsiung (高雄港), with organizers saying it successfully blended automotive culture with high-end fashion and inclusivity.

Under the theme “Drive your style, shape your journey,” the event transformed nearly 200 classic and modified vehicles—ranging from vintage antiques to custom motorcycles—into stationary art exhibits across Pier 7 and the Warehouse No. 2 area.

The opening day featured a unique fashion show where drag queens and male models paraded alongside vehicles, a move by organizers to promote a gender-friendly and age-inclusive message that “everyone can be a protagonist.” As night fell, the event pivoted to a high-energy “Immersive Experience,” featuring a DJ booth built onto a Tesla Cybertruck and light projections dancing across the harbor. International experts, including Japanese racing champion Kazuma Watanabe (渡邊一馬) and automotive artist Veaton, are on-site to share technical expertise with local enthusiasts.
