Kaohsiung will ring in 2026 with a neon party at Dream Mall’s Times Avenue on December 31, 2025. K‑pop star KWON EUNBI [權恩妃] joins a 17‑act lineup, with Accusefive [告五人] set to finale and 831 [八三夭] taking over after the countdown.

The lineup: pop, rock, hip hop, K‑pop

The local bill brings both popularity and punch: Accusefive [告五人], 831 [八三夭], Xiong Zai [熊仔], Fire EX. [滅火器], Feng Xiaoyue [鳳小岳] & Ya Ke Li Shizi [壓克力柿子], Gu Gu Lu Si-wei [鼓鼓呂思緯], Chen Xin-yue [陳忻玥], Mangguo Jiang [芒果醬], Qiu Shu-chan [邱淑蟬], Hong Wei-zhe [洪暐哲], AcQUA Yuan Shaonian [AcQUA 源少年], Angie An-ji [Angie 安吉], Ponay’s Original Big Band [Ponay的原式大樂隊], and Wing Stars. A special youth‑stage collab pairs Gu Gu and AcQUA exclusively for Kaohsiung. International shine comes from KWON EUNBI [權恩妃], the “water‑gun queen,” who greeted fans via a cross‑sea video.

When and where to sing your lungs out

Mark your calendar: December 31, 2025 at Times Avenue in front of Dream Mall. The city’s second wave announcement confirms Accusefive will close pre‑midnight, with 831 firing up the stage right after the countdown for a giant street singalong. Broadcast begins at 7 pm across TV and multiple platforms.

Get there smart: transit, road rules, and late rides

To handle the crowds, Kaohsiung’s transport bureau will stage three phases of traffic control around Dream Mall on December 31. Kaohsiung MRT runs late to 2:00 am on January 1. Light rail operates to 1:30 am, with C4 Kaisyuan Zhonghua and C5 Dream Mall stations closed from 5:00 pm. Taiwan Rail adds trains. From December 21, Times Avenue will close in sections for stage construction.

Expect fireworks at midnight. Some media cite “6,900 shots,” but the official site does not list a count. Treat the figure as media‑reported only until on‑site confirmation.

“Concerts have rolled all year. Our New Year’s Eve keeps the momentum going.”

Li Huai-jen [李懷仁], Kaohsiung Deputy Mayor

    Zoom‑out

Kaohsiung has leaned into music‑led city branding, with waterfront venues, easy transit, and crowd‑ready planning. A free, open‑air New Year stage that fuses K‑pop, rock, and hip hop invites everyone to sing together, amplifying tourism while keeping the vibe friendly and accessible.
