    “Would you pay NT$500 for a donut? A popular Japanese donut shop has opened its first overseas outlet in Kaohsiung, and sweet lovers are going crazy for their treats. In its soft opening, lasting three days, the shop is selling just 500 donuts a day. The scarcity has created a resale market for the pastries. Donuts costing NT$50 can now go for up to NT$500 online.
