The Aozihdi project, also called Kaohsiung Star (高雄之星), includes a tower planned to reach 235.7 meters. If completed at that height, it would become the city’s third-tallest building, behind 85 Sky Tower and Farglory The One.

Kuo Yang Construction has returned to Kaohsiung’s Nong 16 district with a pre-sale housing project scheduled for completion in 2030. Its sales case leans on existing transit and park access, as well as a neighboring commercial complex that is still being developed.
