    The Twin Trend in Taiwan: Told by a Teen Twin

    Why are there an increasing number of twins being born in Taiwan? Emily Liu (KAS Grade 9), a twin herself, reports on the "twin trend."

    Globally, only about 1 out of 90 births (around 1.1%) involves twins. In Taiwan, however, twins account for 2–3% of all newborns, a rise largely attributed to increased reliance on assisted reproductive technology.

    Emily Liu (Kaohsiung American School Grade 9), a twin herself, investigates in a video titled “Twin Where Have You Been.”
