KAOHSIUNG — Fans heading to Fujii Kaze’s (藤井風) concert at the National Stadium (世運主場館) on Saturday, Oct. 31, should plan for road closures, suspended YouBike services, and crowds around the venue.
The Japanese singer’s Prema World Tour concert begins at 7 p.m. Shihyun Boulevard (世運大道) will be closed to private cars and scooters from 9 a.m. until midnight, with exceptions for emergency, official, and shuttle vehicles, according to the Transportation Bureau’s arrangements reported by China Times.

The stadium will not provide car parking. Roadside pickups and drop-offs around the venue are also prohibited, with police enforcing parking restrictions and towing illegally parked vehicles.
Getting there and home
Free shuttle buses will run between Zuoying high-speed rail station (高鐵左營站) and the stadium from 3–7 p.m., with return services from 9–11 p.m.
Fans can also take the MRT Red Line to World Games station (世運站, R17), approximately a five- to eight-minute walk from the venue. Trains will run every three to five minutes during the post-concert dispersal period.
Kaohsiung Metro says additional services will operate, with final trains departing the line’s terminal stations at midnight. Passengers should follow staff directions at World Games station, where entry routes will differ by travel direction.
For northbound travelers, Taiwan High Speed Rail has added train No. 1698, departing Zuoying at 10:20 p.m. Tickets and stopping patterns are available through the operator.
Bikes, scooters and pickups
Four YouBike stations will be suspended from 7 a.m. Oct. 31 until 1 a.m. Nov. 1: National Sports Training Center entrance (國家運動訓練中心大門), Shihyun Boulevard, World Games MRT Exit 1 and the National Stadium.
Temporary scooter parking will operate from 9 a.m.–11 p.m. at designated areas southwest of the stadium and along the western side of Jyunsiao Road (軍校路). Riders should follow signs and staff instructions.
Drivers collecting passengers are advised to arrange pickups near other MRT stations, including Ecological District (生態園區站) or Metropolitan Park (都會公園站), rather than approaching the stadium.
