KAOHSIUNG — The Taiwan Adult Expo (TAE 台灣成人博覽會) is coming to Kaohsiung in April, with organizers announcing 24-year-old Japanese AV actor Kuraki Hana (倉木華) as the official ambassador for the 2026 event.

The three-day exhibition will run from April 10 to April 12, operating daily from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m., and will be held on the 10th floor of the Zuoying High Speed Rail (HSR) integrated complex (左營高鐵共構大樓), a major transit hub that connects Taiwan High Speed Rail, TRA, and the Kaohsiung MRT.
Organizers say the event will feature a mix of product exhibitions, stage performances, and brand promotions tied to the adult lifestyle and entertainment industry. While specific exhibitor details have not yet been fully released, previous editions of TAE in Taiwan have included international brands, live appearances by performers, and interactive promotional booths.

Tickets are being sold through the KKTIX platform.
The choice of Kaohsiung as host city reflects a broader trend of large-scale themed exhibitions increasingly taking place outside Taipei, with southern Taiwan venues—particularly those near major transport nodes like Zuoying Station—positioned to capture both local and out-of-town visitors.

In recent years, Kaohsiung has expanded its events portfolio beyond traditional trade shows and cultural festivals to include more specialized and niche exhibitions. Industry observers note that such events can draw distinct audience segments and contribute to short-term boosts in retail, hospitality, and transportation activity in surrounding districts.
The Zuoying area (左營區), already a high-traffic gateway for travelers entering the city, is expected to see increased foot traffic during the exhibition period, particularly given the event’s evening operating hours.
