StarCruises has announced three limited three-night round-trip sailings from Hong Kong to Kaohsiung and Penghu, scheduled for April 12, April 19, and May 10, 2026. The new route replaces the previous Sanya itinerary. Passengers on these trips will visit two destinations within a single short voyage.

All sailings will depart from Ocean Terminal in Hong Kong aboard the Star Voyage.

“These itineraries are designed for travelers looking for a short but well-rounded getaway,” said Michael Goh, president of StarDream Cruises. “Kaohsiung and Penghu complement each other — one a vibrant port city with strong cultural character, the other a quieter island destination known for its natural beauty.”

The ship is scheduled to arrive in Kaohsiung at 2:30 PM, giving passengers the afternoon and evening to explore attractions. With a 10:30 PM departure, visitors can also experience the city’s night markets and local food scene.

The next stop is Penghu. Arrival is set for 9:00 AM, with departure at 4:00 PM, allowing a full day onshore. Visitors can explore traditional fishing communities, historic temples, and seafood-focused cuisine.

Bookings for the Kaohsiung–Penghu sailings open April 1.
