KAOHSIUNG — A 38-year-old driver was detained early Saturday after entering a Kaohsiung light rail corridor and testing positive in an initial drug screening, police said. According to CtiNews, Kaohsiung’s Gushan Police Precinct was called to the scene at around 1:50 a.m. near Makadao Road (馬卡道路) and Hua’an Street (華安街), where a driver, identified by the surname Lin (林), had become stuck after mistakenly driving into the light rail right-of-way.
