The port company [港務公司] on Nov. 20 promoted a highlight commercial bid for the New Ya-wan Twin Towers development [新亞灣雙子星大樓開發案]. The sequencing signals a push to speed investment and execution.
The site is connected via light rail to the Kaohsiung Machinery Plant redevelopment (高雄機廠) and the 205th Arsenal area. Officials expect major changes in the “fourth quadrant” of the circular line within five years.
