The proposed expressway would extend from the Zhutian interchange of Freeway 88 (台88線) in Pingtung County to Route 26 (台26線) near Checheng Township, just north of Hengchun (恆春).
With the opening of FOCUS 13 Coral Plaza, the waterfront around Love River Bay (Aihe Wan) has evolved from a series of isolated attractions into a continuous light-rail corridor.
The club became nationally famous during the early COVID-19 period in 2020, when a dancer reported the movements of an infected businessman who allegedly failed to disclose his travel and activity history, a case that helped authorities respond quickly and led to the nickname “national guardian dancer” (護國舞小姐).
The platform allows users to submit inquiries, complaints, and service requests through computers or mobile devices. Residents can also upload photos and videos, making it easier to report problems accurately and speeding up case handling.
Plans call for a 23-story mixed-use tower with four underground levels, directly integrated with the station’s No. 1 exit in what developers describe as a true “step-off-the-train-and-go-home” design.
Design elements are expected to feature pedestrian platforms connecting station facilities, landscaped open space including a sunken garden, and buildings incorporating smart management systems.
