The festival will be centered at Love River Bay [愛河灣] and Kaohsiung Port Piers 16 through 18 [高雄港16-18號碼頭]. This year’s theme, “Ultraman Descends on the Harbor City,” coincides with the 60th anniversary of the iconic franchise.
Since the new rules came into effect on Jan. 1, builders and haulers have warned that real-world capacity is lagging behind the policy’s scope, citing shortages of compliant vehicles and limited legal destinations for soil disposal and reuse.
The platform allows users to submit inquiries, complaints, and service requests through computers or mobile devices. Residents can also upload photos and videos, making it easier to report problems accurately and speeding up case handling.
The program, titled “Read More, Get Rewards,” was launched to encourage consistent reading habits among residents. Under the scheme, borrowers earned one point for every five books checked out, which could later be exchanged for prizes.
“The metro will reshape daily life and urban patterns in Tainan,” the bureau said. “We are integrating rail construction with parking facilities and surrounding land development to build a more livable and accessible city.”
